Thank you for shopping with Sillima. We take pride in offering premium skincare and body care products. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene and quality control measures. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or replacements only if:

The product was damaged in transit.

An incorrect item was sent.

The product is defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns if:

The product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

The seal or packaging is broken.

The return request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
3. Return Process

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sillima.com with:

Your order number.

Clear photos of the product, packaging, and invoice.

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner or provide instructions for return.

Returned products must be in original packaging with all labels intact.
4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Replacements

If eligible, you can choose between a refund or a replacement of the same product.

Replacement orders will be shipped once the returned product is received and approved.
6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them by emailing info@sillima.com.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will follow our returns process.
7. Damaged or Missing Items

For damaged or missing items, report within 48 hours of delivery with photos and unboxing proof (if available).

We will verify and resolve as per our policy.
